Affordable Housing Sustainability through Net-Zero Design

In this course, participants will explore the principles and practices of net-zero housing design and construction. Through a combination of theoretical learning and practical application, learners will understand the impact of net-zero housing on energy efficiency, sustainability, and affordability. The course will cover energy retrofitting strategies, performance benchmarks, and metrics, as well as site planning and cost-benefit analysis of net-zero housing projects.
